Adams 12 Five Star Schools

Located in Thornton, Colorado, the Adams 12 Five Star School District is a nationally acclaimed K-12 School System.

Tracking the salaries, benefits, and job status of the teachers, administrators, and staff is the responsibility of the HR Department, headed up by Ms. Barbara Holmes, Human Resources Processing Manager. It was determined that the area designated for storing and managing over 6,000 active and 2,000 terminated Employee Files needed to also house additional HR Employees.

Through the installation and implementation of an Aurora Mechanically Assisted High Density Mobile System and the conversion to the unique and effective, Alpha E-Z color control system, additional space and efficiency were reclaimed. The conversion took place with minimal interruption to the office workflow and within estimated timeframes.
